" Sloe Group is not an admissions consulting company.
We are a partner in designing each family's overseas transition journey."
Our mission is to help families turn overseas transitions into
meaningful experiences and create the right environment for children
to thrive globally.
Our philosophy
SLOE Group is like a warm home-cooked meal.
We are not driven by trends.
Instead, we focus on building lasting relationships based on trust, consistency, and genuine care.
We believe the most meaningful relationships are those that grow stronger over time.
That is why families continue to turn to us throughout different stages of their journey
—from school selection and relocation to academic support and long-term educational planning.
SLOE Group is not a short-term choice; we are a long-term partner.
If we were a person,
we would be someone you would want to build a life with, not simply date.
There is something about us that stays with you.
And even if life takes you in a different direction for a while,
when an important decision arises, we are the partner families return to.
A trusted partner for every stage of your family's journey.
Our Approach
We do not simply support international school admissions.
We look beyond enrollment and focus on each child's adjustment, long-term growth,
and overall educational journey. This is what sets us apart.
Our company was founded by someone who has personally experienced the transition from an international school to a local school. In addition, our leadership team and education specialists have spent more than eight years analyzing both successful and challenging student experiences.
We believe that children should not be placed in schools that do not align with their personalities, learning styles, or needs simply because of an admissions agent's recommendation or a parent's urgency. Our role is to minimize the risk of children losing valuable years of their adolescence due to the wrong educational environment.
We approach every decision from a parent's perspective and always put the child at the center. By exploring schools firsthand, we assess not only whether a school is the right fit for the child, but also whether it aligns with the family's long-term lifestyle and goals.
Relocating overseas is a major life transition.
Our mission is to help families turn that journey into a positive and meaningful experience filled with lasting memories.
We do not view education through the lens of a single culture or nationality.
Instead, we combine Japanese, Korean, Thai, and global perspectives, working closely with local partners to provide deeper, more comprehensive, and more reliable insights.
As a company with a global mindset, we are committed to helping children develop the skills, perspectives, and confidence needed to thrive in an international environment.
Our education team specializes in personalized one-on-one academic support, homework management, and nurturing each child's true potential. We focus not only on academic performance, but also on helping students build the skills and confidence to succeed independently.

about
We began with simple observation.
Many international families approach Asia through fragmented channels
— education agents, real estate brokers, or short-term relocation services.
However, these structures rarely address the long-term reality of living, educating, and allocating capital across non-Anglophone markets.
Our work integrates education, residence, and strategic asset positioning into a single long-term framework.
We operate at the intersection of private advisory, urban insight, and institutional networks.
This perspective allows families to move beyond reactive decisions toward structural global positioning.
Institutional & Strategic Perspective
Our background extends beyond education and private advisory.
We have facilitated dialogue between public institutions and private sector stakeholders
in Thailand, particularly in areas related to urban development, heritage, and strategic asset positioning.
This includes coordination and meeting facilitation involving entities such as
Thailand Tobacco Monopoly and private corporate partners.
These experiences inform our long-term view on cities, institutional structures,
and cross-sector collaboration.
Context
Thailand’s diplomatic continuity, maintained across centuries of independence,
meets Korea’s modern economic dynamism, with Japan’s institutional precision bridging the two.
These systems form the environment in which we operate across
Bangkok, Tokyo, and Seoul.
We design structured cross-cultural lives within this complexity.
